Name: Named after hilly formations prevalent in Scotland.
Example: Edinburgh Castle - The crag is the rough vertical rock face and the tail is what makes the royal mile (caused by shifting glaciers) Even closer to home for us is Dundee's Law Hill. We wanted to give a subtle nod to Scotland seeing as it is distilled and bottled in our motherland - in Angus to be precise, where we are from!
Type: London Dry Gin - All natural ingredients and nothing added after distillation.
Taste: Well rounded and balanced, citrus immediately present, with the spice building throughout but nothing overpowering. The finish is clean and refreshing. Pair it up with your favourite tonic ice cold, and garnish with a wedge of zesty lime.
Packaging: Embossed copper foiling | High grade paper label - Fasson Rustique Blanc FSC | Rich dark wood synthetic cork | Handwritten batch and bottle numbers.
Perfect Serve: At the end of the day have your gin how you like it, spicy, use chilli, floral, maybe some rose petals. We like to take away all the frills and keep it classic, some quality tonic water and 2 wedges of lime.
